Well, it is strep. That makes 2 out of 4 of us in the DARE household with strep. Hoping it stays at that ratio as 50% isn't bad! He has had medication (he only takes it once a day for 5 days), and is almost back to his normal self. He was so sick this morning; he was even willing to have a shot. He had an almost 102 temp at the dr office because he couldn't keep down his Tylenol, and he was so thirsty, but every time he had a sip of water, it would come right back up. The doctor gave him Zofran in the office, and it worked almost immediately. He had water, kept it down, then in the car on the way to CVS, he had tylenol. By the time we got to CVS, he was chatty and feeling better already.
Just a funny story to share, David and I were sitting on the couch together this past weekend (when I was sick), and we were watching a new show called The Marriage Ref. Basically, couples have an issue, usually small (is he too messy, does she shop too much), and a panel of celebrity judges give feedback. Well it is really amusing, mainly because the issues are trivial and the celebrities are FUNNY (Seinfield, Madonna, Larry David, Eva Parker...) David and I were noticing that all the couples argue in a very interactive way (almost like they were coached)....and he says, 'We never argue, we should argue' and I immediately respond 'ok' without thinking and he says, 'see, that's why we never argue...you just agreed with me'. Not sure if you find it funny or if it translates well into black and white, but it was hilarious at the moment.

That was a funny story! made me chuckle. although, I have to say, to be in a marriage and never argue is a dream!
