Tomorrow, Tuesday the 5th is our first day back to our normal routine...well, David went back to work today, but the boys had a teacher work day. They return to school tomorrow amidst rumors of snow for later in the week...and we all know that at the first drop of snow, schools are cancelled in Georgia...we will see.
We had a great holiday - all of them! Starting with Hanukkah, then Christmas and then New Years in the mountains! We spent 4 glorious nights in a cabin in the mountains of Pigeon Forge with family. The city itself, well the 3 cities actually (Gatlinburg, Sevierville and Pigeon Forge) were way over crowded, so everything we did outside the cabin was a chore. The time we spent in the cabin was GREAT. Lots of snacking, game playing, movie watching, chatting, hot tubing, reading, etc. I finally got to see Hangover and LOVED it...we also watched District 9 and OMG what were the screenwriters, director, reviewers thinking...it was horrible!
Anyway, lots to get done this week which I will begin to work on once the boys are back in school tomorrow. We actually don't have a lot on the calendar for January...even though, just our usual schedule is a bit hectic with school, karate, speech therapy, follow-up appointments for Ryan with his allergist and ENT, and now they have officially referred Ethan to the ENT as well as his neck-ray came back with some abnormally large adenoids (guess that might be genetic)...and of course, we have tons of b-days coming up...mine, Wy's, Andrew's, Matt's...so, we will not be at a shortage of things to keep us busy!
