Ethan will be a Super Star this year, and Ryan will be a Teddy Bear, and they are both excited (that is their class assignments). Their teachers called this morning although I didn't get to speak to either of them since I spent the bulk of the day at the urologist with my grandma.
My grandma who is 88 has been having recurrent UTI's (urinary infections) and she only has one kidney, so it is concerning...not to mention the fact that she is practically non-stop on antibiotics. So, I went today to her urology apt, and sure enough, another strong, active infection. We see him back in 4 weeks after treatment to discuss more options, but the most likely is a continuous antibiotic to ward off infections.
Dad had a 2 hour Hematology apt without me...need to check in with him on results....we saw his cardiologist yesterday. All is looking good in general. He is going to have to stay on most of his medication though which we were hoping to get him off some of it.
Tonight, I have orientation (parent-only) at the school to meet the teachers and get info. Then tomorrow morning, the boys get to go to the open house to meet their teachers and friends! Very exciting stuff!

Just wondering, but is your grandmother's doctor concerned that giving her antibiotics over and over again that she will build up an immunity to the antibiotic and it won't do what it is supposed to? You are such a good person, taking care of your family. Hope you are doing things to take care of yourself too!
