Dad came home on Friday night - about 10:30pm. Chris picked him up and took him home. Would have been earlier, but they had performed the procedure on his main leg artery to put in the filter/strainer, and were going to release him around 7pm, but it broke loose and bled pretty badly (it is a main artery), so he had to lie down until around 9pm. He has been taking it easy at home all weekend.
We go for mom's first radiation treatment tomorrow at 10am. Dad will bring her over, we'll drop the boys at school at 9:30, and we'll head straight there. Right after, we have her echo with her cardiologist...then we will head over to Kaiser to drop off her urine test and get her blood work and then we will be done for the day. I hope to also get her schedule for the rest of her radiation treatments.
Our new nanny, Ashley, started today. She stayed with the boys for about 2-3 hours today while we ran some errands...it went well. VERY excited!

Hope that today went well and that Mom wasn't too exhausted.
One question: why does the link to my website have "best" in quotation marks and the word "currently" in parenthesis ? !
