We had a great weekend...heading into it, not alot on our calendar. We ended up with a near perfect (in my opinion) balance of fun, family time, down time, and task completion :) A big VICTORY in my book.
Stared out with Friday night - got to see D's entire ATL family...David even made it home from the airport just in time for dinner thanks to an early flight (should have known then that the stars had aligned!)...then Saturday, went to the Y to workout (as a side note, can't wait til the gym clears out a bit...January is so busy!)...then in the evening, we went to the discount movie to see The Bee Movie which was cute, then to North Pointe Mall to exchange a Christmas gift and then we picked up PF Changs for dinner (I have not had that in years literally!)...it was heavenly. On Sunday, we got lots done around the house...and D had to pack for an EARLY (left our house at 4am) flight on Monday. He is in Raleigh and Jersey for the week.
Great weekend though...this week, I have work, boys have school...we take my mom to a dr apt in Tucker tomorrow...Ethan has a dentist apt (for a filing :( on Thursday. That's about it. Nothing exciting, but at this point getting back to our routine is pretty darn exciting!
BTW, not to overwhelm you with DARE Blog milestones, but this is post 300....boy do I ever 'talk' i.e., post alot!
