Ryan = 7 Months

Today is Ryan's 7 month birthday. I can't believe we are moving into the second half of his first year. He is sitting very well on his own now. He is getting up on his hands and knees and starting to rock a little (Ethan did this just before he started crawling at about 8 and a half months); he is still just propelling himself backward though, so no forward movement.

Yesterday, we hung out with Amanda all day since she was off for Presidents Day. We went to NorthPoint Mall so that we could do something fun indoors as the weather wasn't great. Ethan loved riding the carousel and playing in the play area. Today, my mom was here for the day, and we took the boys to Kangaroo Bobs (an indoor inflatable play place), and I haven't seen Ethan so hungry or tired in a long time....he had a blast and wore himself (and us out!). No big plans for the rest of the week...we do have lunch plans with the girls (Chrissy, Wynita, and Kerry) on Saturday while David is in class...and big birthday dinner plans with uncle Alan on Saturday night. Then next week, I should be starting at the Y!!! YEAH!
