Arrrrg, It's a Pirate Party at the Park

The boys LOVE alliterations - like the title of my post.  Alot of their books series use them, and they are very taken with them and make up their own all the time!

We celebrated Ethan's 8th birthday today with the majority of his classmates at our nearby park (the one that is walking distance from our house - though we drove since we had a load of party items to take.  It was a HUGE success complete with a treasure hunt, pirate cupcakes, pizza and lots of swashbuckling good times!  You know it's a good party when a 2 hour party turns into 3!!! 

Got to know a bunch of the parents.  And REALLY liked them!  I think we will be having some playdates and maybe even a girls night as a follow up.
