That's right, DARE is headed to Disney for our 2nd ever Mickey experience...the first was back in 2006 when Ethan was just 3 and Ryan was 18 months. This time, Ethan is 6 and Ryan 4 1/2....what a difference that will make. We are spending the entire Thanksgiving break there...and will have 5 glorious days in the parks! Tons of photos and stories to share when we get back I am sure.
Before we go, let me catch you up a bit. Ryan had surgery on Tuesday to remove his crawford tubes in his tear ducts. That went very well, and he is now tube-free (in his eyes at least). Hopefully, that will be his fith and final eye surgery!
Both boys earned their first belt stripe at Karate. They have been doing it for about a month now and both still love it. They start as white belts, earns stripes at certain milestones and then will move to yellow belt where they will earn stripes on that belt as well. The way I understand it, when they finish with yellow belt, they graduate the Little Dragon program and will begin the actual process toward black belt. Of course, it all takes a while, lots of practice and dedication to get even out of Little Dragons, so we will see. We have made a 6 month committment for now - one down and 5 to go, and we will see how they both feel at the end of that time.
Got to see New Moon this morning with Amanda, and it was AMAZING! We also saw Twilight on it's premier day, and Amanda brought it over last night for us to watch in preparation for today's movie.
Got to get back to packing...we have a long drive ahead of us tomorrow bright and early!

Have a fabulous time! I am not sure when I am going to go see "New Moon". My friends that are in to it went & saw it last night at midnight. I wasn't quite up for that!
