Girl Time

Dawn & Terry were in town this weekend...and UGA was playing UT....and it was brutal! Honestly, I quit watching so as to not ruin my evening :) Dawn, Terry, Kristy, Rob & the girls came over to watch the game and then we met up with Jennifer for dinner at the Old Mill in Acworth - very impressed with the place/ambiance - relatively impressed with the food - not at all impressed with the wine list or bar or the over all service. It was apparently Homecoming night for a local high school so the place was packed with formally dressed teens, and subsequently, our meal took almost 3 hours from start to finish - granted we needed the time to catch up and we were taking our time to order, eat, drink and even had dessert, but there wer some big stretches of time in there....bottomline, would recommend trying it on a non-homecoming night! Here is a photo of us 4. The rest of the weekend....we had a great dinner at our place on Friday night. Ethan and Ryan devoured the salmon I made - guess I just found a new food we can all eat! I already covered most of Saturday with the exception of our errands in the am....then on Sunday we had a fabulous birthday party at the park for Ethan's 4th.
